Howard M. Newburg, CPA, (BBA in Busines Administration, University of Massachusetts-Amherst; MS in Taxation, Bentley College) is the co-CEO (President) and CFO (Treasurer) of Glycosyn and a member of the Glycosyn Business Advisory Board.
He is the CEO and Managing Partner of Newburg & Company, LLP, which, since its founding in 1984, has been built into a full-service organization providing innovative accounting, auditing, tax and business management advisory services. Mr. Newburg specializes in financial planning, tax issues, litigation support, valuation, and consulting, and his diplomacy, discretion, and ability to communicate have earned Newburg & Company, LLP a loyal and appreciative clientele.
Mr. Newburg is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst .He is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (Committee on Litigation Consulting, Committee on Business Valuation), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and American Society of Appraisers.
